In your email to Knotty Bicsie, please indicate clearly your name, email address, contact number, location (Singapore, or other cities/countries), & of course your enquiries/orders.
For Knotty Baby Booties - Please indicate baby's footlength (in cm), baby's gender, preferred design (Mary Jane, Boots or Sandals - please refer to Knotty Baby Booties page) & preferred colour(s) range. For Sandals order, please include also the circumference of baby's ankle, in cm.
For bags - Please include a picture of the type/style of bag, size (length x width x height in cm), length of handle/strap/sling (in cm), indicate if lining is required. You may also refer to Knotty Bicsie's designs on Knotty Bags page.
For others - For any other orders such as clothes, cushion covers, dog jacket, other accessories, etc., please feel free to email to bicsie@gmail.com

Q: How do I make payment for my orders?
Ans:
For local (Singapore) orders - We collect cash upon delivery.
For overseas orders - Payment will be made via Paypal. Conversion rate will be based on our local (Singapore) rate at the point of issue of Invoice.

Q: How do I collect my order?

For local (Singapore) orders - Your orders will be delivered to you via Registered Mail at a surcharge of S$4.00.
For overseas order - Your orders will be delivered to you via Registered Mail at a surcharge of S$8-20.00, depending on size & type of order. Please allow 2 to 6 weeks for your order to reach you. Knotty Bicsie will email a picture of your order to you before mailing it over to you.

For Booties - We charge between S$28-32.00 (depending on whether your order is already available & the complexity of your order) for customisation.
For Bags - We charge between S$50.00 - S$250.00 (depending on size & complexity of your order) for customisation.
